Baking is a creative outlet for us and a fun escape from our technical day jobs. Bake It With Booze materialized from our mutual baking hobby; its evolution has been a bit of an ongoing science experiment. Ellen's scientific expertise and Jacqueline's reckless creativity have evoked a steady stream of baking experiments - the results of which are thrust upon our friends, family, and coworkers, as our faithful testers.
We found that different types of booze have different effects on the flavor and texture of baked goods, and our experiments have yielded some really great recipes. Bake It With Booze is our means of sharing our most successful experiments with you.
